Delete Your LabaTrack Account
You can request permanent deletion of your LabaTrack account and all associated personal data at any time. Please read the information below before submitting your request.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your LabaTrack account. We will process your request within 24 hours.

Please send the request from your registered email address so we can verify your identity before processing the deletion.
What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:
What Gets Retained
Certain data may be retained after deletion for legal and compliance reasons:
Anonymized Analytics
Aggregate, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for product improvement. This data cannot be traced back to any individual user.
Purchase Records
Transaction records associated with in-app purchases or subscriptions are retained for 7 years as required by Philippine tax regulations (NIRC) and financial compliance obligations.
Processing Time
We will process your account deletion request within 24 hours of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and personal data have been permanently deleted.
Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any premium subscription access will be revoked immediately upon deletion. If you have an active subscription, consider cancelling it through the Play Store before requesting account deletion.
