VC Digital Media ("we", "us", "our") operates LabaTrack, a laundry shop management application. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable Google Play Store policies.
Information We Collect
Account Data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo URL. These are used to create and identify your account.
Business Data: Shop name, shop phone number, shop address, TIN, service pricing, and price bundles that you enter to set up your shop.
Transaction Data: Order records including service type, weight, itemized pricing, payment method, payment status, order status, and timestamps.
Customer Data: Names and phone numbers of your laundry shop customers that you enter when creating orders.
Device Data: We store order data locally on your device (localStorage) for offline access. No device identifiers or analytics data are collected.
How We Use Your Information
- · Account Data: To authenticate you, display your profile, and manage shop access (owner/staff roles)
- · Business Data: To configure your shop settings and generate invoices
- · Transaction Data: To track orders, generate reports, and calculate revenue summaries
- · Customer Data: To associate orders with customers and enable communication (WhatsApp/Viber/SMS sharing)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Third-Party Services
LabaTrack uses the following third-party services:
Google Sign-In (Authentication)
Provides authentication. We receive your email, name, and profile photo via OAuth 2.0. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Supabase (Backend & Database)
Provides database hosting, authentication, and backend services. Data is stored with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
RevenueCat (Subscription Management)
Manages subscription purchases and entitlements. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Google Play Store (Distribution & Payments)
Handles app distribution and payment processing for subscriptions. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not use any analytics, advertising, or crash reporting services.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with PostgreSQL database encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit. Access to your shop data is restricted using Row Level Security (RLS) policies — only authenticated users belonging to your shop can access your data.
Order data is also cached locally on your device for offline access. This local data is only accessible within the app's sandbox.
Your Rights Under the Data Privacy Act
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the following rights:

Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by using the "Delete Account" option in Settings or by emailing support@vcdigitalmedia.com. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete your account, profile, shop data, orders, and customer records within 30 days.
Children's Privacy
LabaTrack is a business management tool designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice within the app. Continued use of LabaTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
