Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PassLET App -- a Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) reviewer for Filipino education students, developed by VC Digital Media. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the App

PassLET is a personal study tool designed to help Filipino education students prepare for the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) through the Board for Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT). You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial study purposes.

You agree not to:

· Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the app without permission
· Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
· Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
· Attempt to circumvent any access controls or premium feature restrictions
· Share, sell, or transfer your account or subscription to another person
· Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the app or its content

The questions, explanations, and study materials in PassLET are provided for educational review and practice purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees that the content reflects the exact format, content, or scoring of the official Licensure Examination for Teachers.

PassLET is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) or the Board for Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT). The app is a supplementary study aid. Passing the LET depends on many factors beyond any single study tool. We encourage you to use multiple resources and prepare thoroughly.

Free & Premium Plans

PassLET offers both free and premium tiers:

Free Tier

Access to a limited number of questions per study session. Free users can explore the app's features and study at a basic level at no cost.

Premium (Weekly Subscription)

Unlock unlimited questions per session and access to all premium features. Premium is available as a weekly auto-renewing subscription at ₱99/week (regular price).

Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Store and are subject to Google's terms

Subscriptions auto-renew weekly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through Google Play Store settings

We reserve the right to modify pricing or features with reasonable notice

Refunds are handled according to Google Play Store refund policies

Referral Program

PassLET offers a referral program with the following terms:

For Referred Users

Users who enter a valid referral code receive a 50% discount on the weekly subscription (₱49/week instead of ₱99/week). The discount applies as long as the referral subscription plan is active.

For Referral Partners

Partners earn a 30% commission on each referred subscription payment. Commissions are paid out via GCash. Commission rates may decline over time as outlined in the partner agreement.

· Referral codes may be limited to a set number of redemptions

· We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time

· Misuse of referral codes (including self-referrals or fraudulent activity) may result in code deactivation and account suspension

· Commission payouts are subject to minimum thresholds and processing schedules

Account & Termination

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account used to sign in to PassLET. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

· You violate these Terms of Service
· You engage in fraudulent activity, including referral program abuse
· You attempt to circumvent subscription or access restrictions
· Your use of the app negatively impacts the service for other users
· We are required to do so by law or a valid legal request

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@vcdigitalmedia.com. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play Store.

Intellectual Property

All content within the PassLET App -- including review questions, explanations, UI design, graphics, animations, the PassLET brand name, and app code -- is the property of VC Digital Media and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

PassLET is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, VC Digital Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app -- including, without limitation, any failure to pass the Licensure Examination for Teachers. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it and cancel your subscription.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved under Philippine jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will notify users of material changes through the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
