These Terms of Use govern your use of the PassCSE App -- a Civil Service Examination reviewer for Filipinos, developed by Vincent Abellera / VC Digital Media. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

PassCSE is a personal study tool designed to help Filipinos prepare for the Philippine Civil Service Examination (CSE) administered by the Civil Service Commission (CSC). You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial study purposes.

You agree not to:

· Reproduce, distribute, or resell any content from the app without permission
· Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
· Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
· Attempt to circumvent any access controls or premium feature restrictions

Content Disclaimer

The questions, explanations, and study materials in PassCSE are provided for educational review purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees that the content reflects the exact current format, content, or scoring of the official Civil Service Examination. The app is a supplementary study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of the Philippine Civil Service Commission (CSC).

Passing the Civil Service Exam depends on many factors beyond any single study tool. We encourage you to use multiple study resources and prepare thoroughly.

PassCSE Pro (Premium Features)

PassCSE offers a one-time purchase upgrade -- PassCSE Pro -- which unlocks access to all questions, unlimited mock exams, and full progress tracking. The purchase is processed through the Apple App Store and is subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by Apple App Store policies

PassCSE Pro is a one-time purchase -- there are no recurring charges

Your Pro access is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on other devices via "Restore Purchase"

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time

Referral Program

PassCSE may offer referral codes that provide a discounted price on PassCSE Pro. Referral discounts are subject to availability and may be limited to a set number of redemptions per partner. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice. Misuse of referral codes (including distribution without authorization) may result in the referral code being deactivated.

Intellectual Property

All content within the PassCSE App -- including question sets, explanations, UI design, graphics, and app code -- is the property of Vincent Abellera / VC Digital Media and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

PassCSE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VC Digital Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app -- including, without limitation, any failure to pass the Civil Service Examination. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under Philippine jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
