These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LabaTrack, a laundry shop management application operated by VC Digital Media ("we", "us", "our"). By using LabaTrack, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
LabaTrack is a business management tool for laundry shop operations. You may use it to manage orders, customers, staff, pricing, and reports for your laundry shop. You agree not to:
- · Copy, modify, redistribute, or sell any part of the app
- · Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- · Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- · Use the app to store or transmit malicious content
Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Sign-In account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate business information when setting up your shop. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Free & Pro Plans
LabaTrack offers a Free plan and a Pro plan:
Free Plan
Create and track orders, manage customers, queue management. Single user (owner only).
Pro Plan
Everything in Free, plus: staff management, monthly reports & Excel export, receipt image sharing, price bundles, daily analytics, customer notifications, and shop customization.
New users receive a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. After the trial, you can subscribe monthly or annually. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play and can be cancelled at any time.
Pricing: Pro Monthly and Pro Annual plans are available. Prices are displayed in your local currency on the subscription screen. Prices may vary by region.
Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all business data you enter into LabaTrack, including shop information, order records, and customer data. We claim no ownership over your business data. We own all rights to the LabaTrack application, including its design, code, and branding.
Service Availability
We strive to keep LabaTrack available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The app includes offline functionality — orders created offline are stored on your device and synced when internet is available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
LabaTrack is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law:
- · We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app
- · Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- · We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, theft, or user error — please export your reports regularly
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Philippines.
